2 sleeping rooms available, one with a queen size mattress, the other a double size very comfortable futon bed.
Separate entrance with stairway downstairs
Shared bathroom (shared by guests of the 2 sleeping rooms) with shower
Mini-fridge, drinking water, coffee pot, tea pot (Sorry, no kitchen but other SEI students make sandwiches, eat cereal, etc. and mainly are out with friends)

Can you give me a ride to or from the airport?
Yes. If you need a ride, we can drive you from the airport for $100, or to the airport for $100.
What do I need to do to reserve a room?
Email Deborah at the email listed with SEI, or calll 970-765-0621 and confirm that the room is available for the date you need. If we send you a confirmation email, fill out the form here to pay and save the spot.
What are the policies for arrival?
First of all, we have a dog, Lucy (and don't allow other pets.) She is a great pyrenes and is friendly once she meets you. We request that you meet her at the gate or somewhere outside the fence first and say hi to her so she knows you before you enter the house. Then she will wag her tail and say hi when she sees you inside the house. When you arrive we will show you around and give you the door code for entry.
